How is "popular" measured? View count? Hearts awarded? That needs to be disclosed to give meaning to this title.
That's a question I would like to ask, I have had blips with many viewings and as far as I am aware never featured on 'Popular' whereas some with similar viewings have appeared. How is it measured and what is the criteria for appearing. Be nice to see an answer, my fellow blipper above has been waiting a long time"!!!
