You can change your journal settings such as your journal title, allowance of comments on your entries, whether your resized images are sharpened automatically and also whether your journal entries are protected from being viewed by the general community via the 'Journal Entries' section of 'Settings'.
You can access this via clicking on your username on your screen header and then selecting 'Settings'.
From here, click on the 'Journal Entries' tab found on the left of the screen.
