This was the original response to this question:
"Currently the shop is down while we continue the migration process to the new site. This means that you will not be able to buy a book, membership or any other products.
The shop is a high priority to us here at Blip (and the community!) and the team are working on getting it back up and running soon, so please keep an eye on social media and the blip blog for the latest news.
Apologies that you won't be able to buy anything during this time."
Now that Blipfuture has taken over the running of Blipfoto, we acknowledge that this is one of the members' concerns. Unfortunately, the previous owners had not developed the shop functionality for the new site so any reintroduction would have to start from scratch. The previous shop (pre December 2014), is no longer an option because of the changes that were made to the site around that time.
Currently, our priority is to ensure the site can be sustained through membership fees. Developing a shop would inevitably cost both in terms of money and resources so before we consider this possibility we would have to be confident that it was worthwhile.
Once we have completed our initial priorities for the site we will look at this again.
