I'm not receiving emails from Blipcentral, what should I do?

If you aren't receiving our messages when you think you should be, then there are a number of things to check.

Firstly you should check your 'Signing in' details in the 'Settings' section which can be found here. If the wrong email address is entered you should change this and then click 'Save Changes'. This will now be the email address you sign in with and the one we will contact you on.

If this is correct, would you be able to check that your notification settings are correct and set to receiving all our emails? You can do this here.

Please tick the box at the bottom if it is empty.

Thirdly, would you be able to visit this link and make sure that you are on our mailing list by typing in your details.
