Can I block someone from viewing my Journal?

The only way you can block someone is to make your account protected, that way you can manage who views your account and who doesn't.

You can however manage your followers by clicking on this link here.

From here, click on the "Manage" button.

Here you can remove certain users from following you, but this won't stop them from re-following you in the future.
