You may at some time, forget your password to access Blipfoto. In this case you need to click on the 'forgotten my details' link on the sign in screen.
Enter your email associated with the account on the page that opens and click 'Continue'.
An email is sent by Blipfoto to your inbox. If nothing arrives, check your junk mail, just in case. If you still haven't received anything, get in touch via our helpdesk.
Click on the link in the email and you will be sent to a page where you can enter a new password.
