Unrecognized follower???

Hi there.
I happened to get a new blipper following me. I was the only one he/she followed and he/she had not a single blip bublished in Blipfoto. No profile pic either.

Spooky. I did not know who he/she was, no information about this blipper whatsoever. Except thas the profile was from Finland (same country). I could not contact him/her in any way. Only thing there was, that he/she can read my profile freely.

Finally, after few minutes thinking, I denied him/her.

But I begun to think: should there be some kind of a possibility to write a short message to a blipper - maybe to the stagenge one - also when the blipper has Not Published anything, the message could be open for everyone, no secrets, but possibility to contact a person who had not published anything yet - or anything for a long time.
