Useful Photography Apps
I have just got my first Android smart phone and I was wondering what useful photography based apps there may be out there. I have already downloaded the Photographers Ephemeris and of course Blip, but I wondered what else might be useful.

Yup, Snapseed is good. As is Vignette for Android.

On my I-phone I use:
Snapseed (excellent adjustment tools)
VSCOcam (superb film emulations)
Faded (similar to the above, some nice features)
Afterlight (again as above, some extra bits)
SKRWT (perspective correction, very handy for architectural stuff)
Cortex Cam (good for low light)
AvgCamPro (multiple exposures, good for vanishing people from busy street scenes)
Retouch (handy for spotting things out of your image)
Lenka (black and white photo app)
645 Pro (advanced camera controls)
