Do you mean the privacy settings on your iPad? If so they can be found in Settings. Scroll down to Privacy on the left-hand list. Touch it and the Privacy screen comes up. Now select Photos. Next you see a list of Apps that have requested access to your photos. The App you are using to get your photos must be turned on, with the green slider showing. Hope that helps : )
