Why has the strike through, italics and link bits been removed?
The site has gone from being brilliant to being very ordinary and complicated. Too much scrolling.
Hi - All the italics, strikethroughs, links etc are all still there on both comments and entries!
However, when viewed on a mobile screen these options disappear at present. It is bug that we are aware of and will be fixing.

Do you mean while writing an entry? Because my strike/italics/etc bits are there. I haven't commented anywhere so I don't know how that looks.
I can't see them either... could be because I'm accessing the web on my iPad. I can see that other people can use them though in their new entries, so I must be missing something.
