Posting replies

Happened a few times now. When I've been composing a comment, and after clicking the 'reply' button, I've typed my response then went and pressed the same reply button again, because it still appears on screen. The 'Add Reply' button doesn't scroll up the screen, so it's missed and clicking the link above clears the whole comment. Could this be changed to stop this from happening? Removing the first 'reply' link after you've clicked it, or making the post button a bit more obvious.

I've now given up relying a few times because this has happened.
