Combine Comments and Notifications

I love the fact that we can now see who has given us stars (or should I say star), what would be even better would be if we could see this against the comments too.

So when viewing comments on a blip you could have a little icon next to the comment to show if the commenter awarded a star or heart.

Also, when hovering over the star/heart buttons it could pop up a list of those who have awarded them (a bit like facebook does with Likes).

I tried to 'vote up' this suggestion, but I just get a blank screen, so I'll add as a comment instead that this is a great idea.

I think both of jinglyjan's suggestions would make it much easier to be excellent and sociable towards each other. The change to thumbnails on the notifications page are already a big improvement, thank you. Adding these tweaks would be just great.

Great idea! I love it. The notification system with just the word entry is not very useful, though I very much like everything else about it.
