Advice for a backpack?

Yet another of my camera bags has bitten the dust, and I'm looking for a replacement. As a result of trawling through the internet, I've got a couple of ideas, but I was just wondering if anyone had any personal, practical experience that might prove decisive. Essentially, these days I've got a canon 650d, with a separate telephoto lens, and a go pro, for which I bought the smallest size of xseries waterproof/lifeproof/nuclearproof/?proof box. What I'm looking for is a backpack that'll enable me to bung all this gear in and still give me decent, quick access to it all. Any suggestions?

I had the smallest Lowepro Slingshot

http://www.lowepro.com/slingshot

(Can't seem to make that a normal link - sorry)

Very easy access and comfortable to wear. In that I would carry SLR, one or two spare lenses, phone, wallet, spare nappy, kids' snacks, son's medicine, couple of toys.... (Eventually the zip gave up....)

I have a LowPro Flipside rucksack which has had some hammering over a couple of years both travelling and in the hills and shows no sign of wear. I love it for two reasons. Firstly, I can travel with it without worrying about it being accessed by people as the entry zip is next to your back and secondly, because you just swizzle it around while it's still on to gain access. Hope that's helpful!

I have owned some really rubbish camera bags over the last few years but now have a Lowepro too. Mine may be a little small for what you want but as far as comfort, accessibility and water resistance I cannot fault it so far. Mine is the slingshot 102 and holds my Nikon D3100 and kit lens, 70-300mm lens, camera charger, monopod (on the outside) and mobile phone.

I have two Camera Bags at the moment. One of them is a Lowepro Vertex 200. It is a big stupid cumbersome bag, well made, but makes me feel like a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle when I'm wandering about. It was also stupidly expensive. It's good when I need to take EVERYTHING with me.

This bag was useless for wandering about with though. I balked at paying through the nose for another camera bag, so I bought a cheap one on Seven Day shop: http://www.7dayshop.com/products/7dayshop-photographers-rucksack-camera-and-laptop-version-black-SLRPROBAG1

This bag is a total bargain. Fits my Nikon D610 with 70-200, room for more lenses, my laptop and there's room in the top section for flash/sandwiches/whatever. Doesn't feel cheap, very well put together bag.

After a lot of searching I now have the Lowepro Slingshot 202 and can fit D7000 with a telephoto as well as 3 other lenses and squeeze in a D3000 body along with assorted other filters etc. I love the spot for the tripod to strap on the side and it has built in 'rain gear' that pops out from the bottom. I am not a large woman and it fits my back well without it feeling huge.
