Irregular image sizes

I upload photos from different camera sources as a norm - however, the new format puts them as-is rather than scaled into a one-size formatted box as previously. Is it possible to rectify this? It's quite an impact on the viewing experience, tbh and is making my blip a bit of a pain to browse.

(also, I much prefer the darker background - the white doesn't lead to focus on the photos and is quite a glaring #ffffff... otherwise, though, I like everything but the name change! Nice job and thank you!)
