When can we create thumbnails for our post. Really needed.

Not REALLY needed. Not in the grand scheme of things.

The old thumbnails icon was positioned in the work flow. Now it is on the picture download bit which is forgotten while you enter the text and, having forgotten, there's no way to go back and do it after it has been posted.
