Managing Followers

I was wondering if there was a way we could manage the top entries we follow by being able to move the ones we look for every day to, say, a top 10 or 12 organization instead of having to page through a dozen pages? Would it also be possible to make the photos of our followers and those we follow smaller, in order to get more on a page? Thank you :o)
