Bug: Missing Historic Image

Randomly went back to a few years ago and found a hole in my journal. Would be interested to know if anyone else has found such a problem. I basically get a black rectangle instead of my image. I assume this can be rectified at some point but there are more important things to worry about right now. Just wanted you to be aware.
