On android the submit button on comment replies simply does not work.
On my iPad it sometimes works fine but sometimes sits there when I submit. A comment reply as if it is doing nothing. One time I hit it about 10 times and nothing happened. I gave up. Later went back to the image where I was replying to. A Comment and noticed I had replied 10 times.

I did that on my iPad too. Very annoying! So now I type the reply, copy it to clipboard, hit the reply button, go and check if it really there... Rinse and repeat. I'm sure the blip boffins have a long list of niggles like this to work through and will get to it.
I'm having exactly the same problem. I haven't been able to comment at all. ...it's incredibly frustrating as I only use a mobile for blip.
I've emailed blip central. ..but as yet I've had no response.
Not ideal but I have found on my Samsung phone that the Firefox browser works but the one that cones with the phone does not. You can download Firefox for free from google play.
You've probably discovered this already, but if you download the blip app from the Google store onto your Android device, you'll be able to post comments.
On my Android tablet I still have the problem of comments just not being posted if I use the regular blip website.
