I was having a similar issue. After some time of trying I noticed it was flashing a message that said my image exceeded the maximum size for Blip (which wasn't an issue before).

'Publish' button
I tried on and off for most of yesterday evening to post my blip but the publish button wasn't clickable, and the same is happening this morning. When is this going to be fixed and will we be able to back blip as I'm near to my year of blipping and I don't want to miss a day now. Can someone from Blip Central please answer this and other questions on this feedback forum or what's the point of it? Thanks

I had the same problem last night, then I opened a new window and tried again and it was fine. No rhyme nor reason to that.

I've just tried again, having logged out and back in and used a different window and not having any maximum size message, it just said 100% loaded .. and the publish button still won't work!!

I have the same problem on-and-off. I upload the picture, wait until it is fully uploaded, adjust the frame, add the next in both boxes, choose the date, and PUBLISH is grayed out.

Pleased it's not just me.
Funny(?) thing is it had just worked minutes prior to the failure.

WELL, I'm now on attempt 12-13(ISH) on my THIRD browser.

Currently loading at about 1% every second or so. Every 2-3 seconds now.
1/2 done 08:37 complete 08:39 FINALLY condescended to inform me it's over-size.
It FINALLY - ONCE gave me the "Over-size" warning.
