No personal message functions

A site improvement should include great new features. This one has lost great old features - Blipfolio (not so great but it's gone), view count (nice to know), comment editing, embedded links from comments (so much tidier). I'd hoped you would have introduced personal messaging to allow private contacts, blipper-to-blipper, but maybe you were worried about subversives. The forum isn't a forum really is it. The main features, however, - uploading, editing of posts work fine, look and feel is a matter of taste - I like it. Less PC friendly (but who cares about PCs any more?). Good to get rid of the silly five star ratings. Rated gone (good, always same old, same old). I have faith that you will build in new features. Change is always difficult.

Even this part of the site - the share button. Why should I want to share this comment on Facebook or anywhere else?

I would have liked a personal messaging system, that would have been an improvement.

I too would have liked a PM system, with appropriate safeguards. It would have reduced the need to publish/exchange personal email addresses for off-blip conversations.

If you're a member, your Blipfolio is still there, as outlined in this article:
https://blipfoto.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/204370093-What-happened-to-my-Blipfolio-

Whilst logged in using the link below should take you to your particular folio:

I'm sure Blip Central will be adding in a direct link somewhere in the interface later. I'm also sure they're dealing with other issues before that!

Best wishes,
