Yes, the lack of image fit is a problem here, too. Also, the username over the top of the image rather spoils the idea that we are here to honour photography... :(

Guys, I'm much happier now that I can see what's going on. It looks like you are archiving a 640px and 960px version on the servers and your algorithm for deciding which to use is just plain wrong. If this can be fixed speedily you will make thousands of users much happier today. And then you just have to placate us over the loss of that beautiful grey styling.

Yes I find it extremely annoying that (particularly for portrait-style blips) I cannot view the entire image without messing around with the size of my browser. Either the top or the bottom of the image is missing :(
