Is it possible to get a search option on the map like in google map? It will make it easier to "add to map" :-))

Agreed. It's really annoying to find oneself over the far side of the Atlantic every time the map opens and then have to repeatedly drag back over to Europe. Even a basic search box would be better than none.
The old site used to default to opening where you last placed a blip location so usually it was not too far to locate the site of the latest image.
I agree, it's become such a nightmare that I will soon stop doing it, the old version with the search and with the defaulting to where you last were made it so much easier to use than this current US centric option which takes ages to find the correct location.
