Tagging is just the same as before.
Upon entry there are three text boxes:
Top - for the title
Centre - for the journal text
Bottom - for the tags
Also, after entry, tags can be added - even to old blips. Just click on the 'More Info (+)' button and then on the pencil icon to edit the entry.
