Bug with hyperlinks on IE

Hi,
There seems to be a bug affecting inserting hyperlinks in comments or journal text.
I select the text where I wish to place the link. When the dialogue box pops up, the highlight vanishes. When I press Insert, the link is inserted not at the correct position, but at the start of the current paragraph (or after the previous link in that paragraph, if there is one). I can then select and drag it to the correct position, but this is a pain; I have to have entered a description to match the originally-highlighted text and manually delight the text where I wanted to put the link
This seems to be browser-specific; it happens on Internet Explorer (I'm using IE10) but not on Firefox, where it seems to work ok. (But I do not want to switch to Firefox as my main browser!)
On the positive side, the editing is much improved in the new website - it's great that the controls for bold, italic, etc. now operate in a "what you see is what you get" style :)
