A word of thanks for the email that has just arrived. It is very reassuring to see an acknowledgement of the key issues that have been reported and to know that you're working on them. Good communication is vital to keep everyone on board at what is undoubtedly a difficult and pivotal time for the site. Please continue to keep us posted regularly, and involved.
