More on Searching

For some senile reason, my question isn't regarded as "Open".

It's just happened again - given me the idea that it searches TITLES not TAGS.
This is what happened:-
Found Wet Sleddale the hard way, as usual.
There it was - TAGGED, no (hash)#
Added #
Searched -Got "We couldn't find any results for your search query."
Several by other folk cropped up, some tags visible.
One was tagged "Cumbria, Water, Waterfall, landscape" NO mention in TAGS of any type of Sleddale WHATSOEVER, except in the title line.
W T F does the "Search" facility search FOR???????

UPDATE:-
I did a search for "Tit by me" to see if I could find an earlier entry of my with a "Blue Tit" on it WHICH I KNEW EXISTED - Bird not found.
What I DID find
1. A Dad & kid on Settee.
2. A shot of Wii screen.
3. Birds' Bistro shed door.
4. A Christmas joke
5.6.7.8.9.
10. A Phaelenopsis
11. A shot of "Carbon Emissions" document.
WHAT did they ALL have in common?
WITHIN the write up I had said "Wooden Tit" be nice if.....
Or phrase containing THOSE TWO words.

Summary:-
The Search facility is NOT searching Tags, it's merely searching the entire text, and title, of your entries.

Suggestion :-
Rewrite software to search what I think MOST/all of us thought it was actually doing.
