My samsung tablet updated without drama. However samsung phone did not. I went to play and it said it was updated but it was still showing polaroid and didn't allow me to view extras. I went to app management and deketed polaroid blipfoto app. Back to play and tried to download blipfoto. However each and everytime ssys failed due to duplication. How can I get app running please as I don't want to have to go through browser. Cleared cache history and all downloads and have plenty of storage. Help!!!!!

I don't know what Samsung phone you have, but can I check if the advice on "Uninstall for all users" in http://android.stackexchange.com/questions/92025/how-to-completely-uninstall-an-app-on-android-lollipop/92130 (First answer) applies to you? Note sometimes when this happens the list of apps is not alphabetical so check the whole list.
If not, what is the exact error you get?
JarOfGreen - a reply to this is on Blip Central comments: "Even though I am logged in on browser in phone it is not letting me reply to post. I can't find anything on app manager that shows blip anywhere. Just says duplication error. I am off on Thurs so will use computer then and have bigger screen. I have an S3 so not exactly a sexy model!"
