Is anyone up for a blipmeet in the Bristol area?

There are lots of woods and wild places to explore and of course the City - any ideas?

Perhaps this would be the time time to find out more. I've lived here 16 years now so possibly we won't get lost if we explore!

Sounds interesting, there also might be a National Trust/Heritage property? :)

I was a student there back in the early 1990's (Univesity of the West of England though)...

It depends what day of the week it is, would need to be a Saturday for me unfortunately.

I'll be visiting Bristol several times over the coming months, so I'll follow this thread in case you choose a date that I can do!

Tyntesfield is the local NT property - full of marvellous things. Bristol itself has so much if you like a harbour setting or historical architecture or graffiti or... Saturday is fine for me

At one stage Sunday 8th or 15th May was suggested and meeting at the end of the Harbour - not sure where that has gone. Anyhow - how many are available on those dates or are there any other ideas?

I can't do the 8th, but the 15th might work for me. The harbour is always a good venue - lots of photo opportunities (and a couple of pubs here and there...).

Alas neither 8th or the 15th work for me. Why dont we meet in the evening sometime in Bristol to take some photos in the dusk/night? I could do 5th, 18th or 26th for this.

I think we've got 2 questions going about a Bristol blip Meet which is going to cause all sorts of confusion! There's one, started by Serpentine on 8 April and this earlier one also started by Serpentine on 3 April. Can I suggest that people respond to the 8th April message with their availability and not post in response to this 3 April message - then we'll get all the responses in one place :-))
