few Suggestions for future improvements

I know that there are surveys periodically but I never think of any suggestions for improvement, so while I think of a couple of possibilities, I will make them now.

1. Is there a way of linking the stars / favourites notifications to the posts? I note that some blippers are exceptionally good at saying thankyou for stars / favourites. The only way I can see to do this is to look up who a favourtite has come from and then return to the post to say thank you. Like many, I tend to be busy and sadly don't have time to acknowledge favourites.
2. I have on occaisions made it onto the front page of the popular section. Is there a way of notifying Blippers of their ranking / or even highest position of their photographs - I don't always have time to follow this section and it would be good to know.
