I've just signed up for Blip and eager to become part of the community, but before diving in, I was wondering whether the images posted have to be "pure" photos, or whether they can be graphic elaborations based on photos. I've been doing this for the last couple of months on my blog and having fun, but I don't want to overstep the mark here. I should stress that the images would all in any case be based on photos taken that same day, just more or less graphically altered, perhaps to help express the message I had in mind. Any guidance would be very welcome.

The essence of blipfoto is to post a photograph against the day it was taken. Manipulations are allowed as long as they meet our rules. Variety is the spice of life and we love to see how people creatively use their images. Just go for it.
