Editing App

Does anyone here know any good apps for the phone to edit picture but without it losing all the quality. (On the PC I use Gimp but if I don't have the ability to use it) Every app I know downgrades the pixel-size.

If you are on Android, Snapseed is great.

Used Snapseed for a longer time now and the quality is 100% and no loss. A lot of features and nearly everything you would need in a day by day usage. (For free, so pretty good) thanks for the suggestion
