I don't seem to be able to give hearts at the moment...
How do you know in this new design, how many hearts you have left? And when you will have one available again?
As a full member, you should now have 5 favourites to give every 24 hours! To give a favourite, you should just be able to click the heart icon below a photo! (It will turn red once you give it!) Hope that helps.

I did like it telling me how many hearts I had left though, and when I will next have some. I can't tell now, so I hope this feature will come back
