thumbnail

Thumbnail is back but is totally useless as your thumbnail is totally out of focus and you cant tell what it is , is blip going to get anything right first time this is really pissing me off now.

Hi Lucc. Can you contact the team with a support ticket with more info (such as what operating system and browser you were using). That way they log it and pass it to the tech team to take a look.

Just used pc with windows 7 like I have always done it used to work fine before it was removed , what's a support ticket and where do you contact them , this is all so frustrating I'm ready to give up on this now

You can send the support team a note by clicking 'help' at the bottom of a blipfoto page and then choosing 'ask us' (or here's a direct link: https://blipfoto.zendesk.com/hc/requests/new).

They respond pretty quickly in general (whereas the forums are for users to help each other) so if you have specific issues or questions about your account it's the way to contact the team.

I've spotted this too. It's great to have the facility back.

But I agree with Lucc that it's not yet as good as the old version. I've just used it on Safari via iPad. It wasn't easy to get the crop right and while my thumbnail wasn't "totally out of focus" it was very blocky whereas the old implementation used a very crisp image.
